Wednesday (8/3/23) the handover and inauguration of the BiosHub Acaraki was held at the Faculty of Biology UGM. The event, which took place in the north hall of Building B, Faculty of Biology UGM, started at 9:00 a.m. and was attended by the Director and Founder of Acaraki, Jony Yuwono, M.B.A., Plant Manager of PT. Sinde Budi Sentosa, Drs. apt. Sri Wahyono, and Monster Group Operation Director, Ageng Budiharjo Wijaya, S.E., M.Sc., CFP. BiosHub Acaraki is a grant from Acaraki whose construction began in 2019 and was hampered by a pandemic.
The event started with remarks by the Dean of the Faculty of Biology UGM, Prof. Dr. Budi Setiadi Daryono, M.Agr.Sc. Furthermore, the signing of the Minutes of the Handover Event between the Faculty of Biology UGM was carried out by the Dean, Prof. Dr. Budi Setiadi Daryono, M.Agr.Sc and the Director of Acaraki, Jony Yuwono, M.B.A. After the signing process, a memento from the Faculty of Biology UGM was handed over to the Director of Acaraki.
Before the event ends, there were a prayer by Asrindon, S.I.Kom and the ribbon cutting by the Dean of the Faculty of Biology UGM and the Director of Acaraki. After a series of handover events and the inauguration of BiosHub, the Dean and the Director of Acaraki and their team visited the Sawitsari research station, Butterfly Park and the Biology Museum managed by the Faculty of Biology UGM.
