- To provide science-based solutions for addressing societal and global challenge including climate change, health, food and energy sovereignty, and environmental sustainability through systems and synthetic biology approaches, artificial intelligence, biomedicine, and open science.
- To promote interdisciplinary collaboration and strengthen local, national, regional, and global partnerships in support of sustainable development through bioprospecting, bioentrepreneurship, circular bioeconomy, and blue economy based on tropical biodiversity.
