The Alumni Meeting, known as “KopDar,” is a program where alumni and active members of KSK Biogama come together to share information and engage in casual conversations. The KopDar Alumni program is part of the Communication and Alumni Forum under the External Division of KSK Biogama. The implementation of the KopDar Alumni program aims to exchange information and strengthen the bond between alumni and active members of KSK Biogama. The KopDar Alumni 2023 took place on Saturday, September 23, 2023, lasting for two hours. The program was conducted in a hybrid format, with the venue located at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Biology, Universitas Gadjah Mada for in-person attendance, and the Zoom platform for online participation. On this occasion, the theme of the KopDar Alumni was “Graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree: Pursuing Further Studies or Entering the Workforce Directly?” It was expected to provide insights from both the speaker and alumni to the active members of KSK Biogama regarding what to do after completing their undergraduate studies. The speaker for the KopDar Alumni 2023 was Citra Septiani, S.Si., M.Res., an alumna of KSK Biogama from the DXV generation.
The program commenced at 13:30 WIB, starting with an opening ceremony followed by two sessions: a sharing session and a discussion and Q&A session. The first session, the sharing session, was presented in the form of a talk show where the speaker provided information related to the theme guided by the MC. The subsequent session, the discussion and Q&A session, involved active KSK Biogama members giving responses or asking questions related to the sharing session. This session was also open to other alumni in addition to the speaker, whether they were present in person or online, to contribute additional insights to the active members of KSK Biogama. The event concluded with the presentation of tokens of appreciation in the form of plaques to the speaker, followed by documentation both in-person and online.
